Pabbly Connect is an automation tool that passes data between apps. With this connection, every submission of a Taku form starts a Pabbly workflow, and the workflow can put the lead into your email tool, your CRM, a spreadsheet, or anything else Pabbly supports.
Step 1: create the workflow in Pabbly
Sign in to Pabbly Connect and click Create Workflow. Give it a name, for example "Taku leads". For the trigger, choose the app Webhook and the event Catch Webhook. Pabbly shows a webhook URL that starts with https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/sendwebhookdata/. Copy it, and leave this tab open, you will come back to it.
Step 2: add it in Taku
Open your campaign in Taku and scroll the sidebar down to Integrations. Click Add integration and choose Pabbly Connect. Paste the URL you copied and click Test and add.
Taku now sends a sample submission to Pabbly. Switch back to the Pabbly tab and click Capture Webhook Response. After a moment the sample appears, with every field of your form in it. If Pabbly says it is still waiting, click Test and add in Taku once more.
Step 3: finish the workflow
In Pabbly, add the action you want, for instance "add a subscriber" in your email tool. When you map the fields, look under data, then fields. The visitor's answers are there, named after your inputs: email, name, company_name and so on. Save the workflow.
Step 4: save the campaign
Back in Taku, save the campaign. From that moment on, every real submission runs your workflow.
Good to know
Pabbly has a setting called Simple Response that flattens incoming data. You can leave it on, the answers you need are already flat under data.fields.
If you add a new input to your form later, Pabbly will not know about it until it sees a sample that contains it. Open the integration in Taku, click Test and save, and capture the response in Pabbly again.
The field names come from each input's placeholder. You can change a name by editing the input in the form, but then you will need to map that field again in Pabbly.
If Pabbly is unreachable for a while, Taku keeps trying for about an hour, and the project owners get an email if it keeps failing. Nothing is lost: the submissions stay in Taku, and you can always find them under the campaign's entries.
