Make, formerly Integromat, builds automations as visual scenarios. With this connection, every submission of a Taku form starts one of your scenarios, and the scenario can pass the lead on to any app Make supports.

Step 1: create the scenario

Sign in to Make and create a new scenario. For the first module, choose the app Webhooks and the trigger Custom webhook. Click Add, give the webhook a name and save. Make shows an address that starts with https://hook. and ends in .make.com. Copy it and keep this tab open.

Step 2: add it in Taku

Open your campaign in Taku and scroll the sidebar down to Integrations. Click Add integration and choose Make. Paste the address you copied and click Test and add.

Taku sends a sample submission to Make. In the Make tab, the webhook module shows Listening while it waits, then Successfully determined once the sample arrives. Make has now learned the shape of the data.

Step 3: finish the scenario

Add the modules you want after the webhook. When you map the fields, open data, then fields. The visitor's answers are there, named after your inputs, for example data.fields.email. When you are done, turn the scenario on.

Step 4: save the campaign

Back in Taku, save the campaign. From then on every real submission runs your scenario.

Good to know

Make reads the structure of the data once. If you add a new input to your form later, click Redetermine data structure on the webhook module in Make, then open the integration in Taku and click Test and save.

The field names come from each input's placeholder. You can change a name by editing the input in the form, but then you will need to map that field again in Make.

If Make is unreachable for a while, Taku keeps trying for about an hour, and the project owners get an email if it keeps failing. Nothing is lost: the submissions stay in Taku, and you can always find them under the campaign's entries.
