Can I use Taku on multiple websites with one account?
Yes, you can install the same widget on multiple websites. Simply add the widget code to each site, and it will function across all of them.
How do I integrate Taku with email marketing platform?
While direct integrations are not yet available, Taku supports data export via CSV and webhooks, allowing you to connect form submissions to platforms like ActiveCampaign, Brevo, or Shopify. Full integration is in the roadmap.
Can I remove widget launcher and use only popups?
Yes you can hide widget launcher entirely on “Widget customization” page, under “Launcher” section.
Why am I not receiving my login link or account activation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive, try signing in via your Google account on the Taku dashboard. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.

At the moment you can customize only button colors but we soon plan to introduce more customization options.
Can I run A/B testing?
Yes, when composing a message click “Variant” label at the top and then “Add new variant +”. After posting popup with multiple variants you can track performance on message details page.
